Over on the Pink Petticoat blog, Liz has set a challenge to make a card about summer.
For me, summer should be long, lazy days, watching the kids playing in the paddling pool and eating ICECREAM! So here's my summery icecream card!
Recipe:
Paper - Flourishes paper from the Pink Petticoat Sweet Sundaes mini kit
Image - Pink Petticoat Sweet Sundaes mini kit
Colours - chalks; glamour dust; coloured pencils; glitter flocking (for the cherry)
Accessories - cream organza ribbon
Thanks for looking!

oho I'm using these Pink Petticoat images for my blog 'thank you' cards! Yours does look really tasty!!
The paper I've used on the Ben 10 (and others I'll post later tonight) is photo 'brochure' paper, 120gsm, so it would be no good on it's own, but they have also sent me 210gram A5'double sided' gloss/mat greeting cards' which I've just printed straight on to and because the gloss is like 'photo' does look nice and crisp so you wouldn't want to cover them with backing paper as there would be no need! I've just got to get my printer to print from edge to edge, like Liz's cards on PP, but I'm not sure it can!

Thank you for popping over! Printer doesn't seem to want to print edge to edge, tried everything, BUT!!!! I put the card through with some paper so it could print over the card, so now the card IS printed edge to edge! (just a tad wobble, but no one will notice!!)

Hi! Great card, love ribbon detail and cute image! You asked about the stamp I used on my DT card for Stamp Something, well it's a new set out from Elzybells. It's a clear set which has a could of images and sentiments to match, quite fun! You can find it at www.elzybells.co.uk

My printer uses toner i didn't realize that i was suppose to treat it before colouring... it doesn't smudge or bleed... I don't have an inkjet printer (mine is a laser printer) not sure if that makes a difference..
but my pens seem to be ok...will have to watch out for that.. thanks for the heads up. hugs rachxxx
Absolutely gorgeous, Louise!!
