Love these stamps!!

I made this card for my friend's sister, Julie. The stamp sets I used fitted the bill perfectly! As a birthday treat, Julie went to Claridges for Afternoon Tea :) Wow, lucky girl!! They ate gorgeous cakes and had a wonderful time. They also had a ride on a rickshaw but had to take their umbrellas as rain threatened.
This side-step card caused me a few headaches as the only templates I had seen were for small cards. However, I wanted to make an A5 card, so I had to convert the measurements into centimetres and then make them a third larger!! Thanks to my hubby for helping me with this!!! I think it has turned out well, hope my friend's pleased with it.

Camellia

Made using the Camellia flower and corner stamp and ribbon from Little Claire Designs. Coloured with Copics and with just a touch of Glamour Dust added to the centre of the flowers to make them sparkle.
I used the Camellia border to decorate the inside of the card.

The Office!

Made using one of the brand new peel-offs and a leaf cutting die from Little Claire Designs and coloured with Pro-markers.
Personally, I am not so sure about how this card turned out. It is a 3 layered card and from the front view (pic 1) you can see a snippet of all the layers.
However, after putting the card together, I think it may have been better to put the shed on the front and have the tools as a surprise inside the card.
What do you think?

Using Black Flowers peel-offs from Little Claire

Wow, look how many cards I made using 1 sheet of peel-offs! And there are still several more images I can use. These peel-offs certainly do go a long way. I cant believe, either, that I actually made a card using no DP :)

Lazy Days

At last I can share the August club stamp with you! It's a great 'man' stamp and so easy to work with. I made 3 cards with it - 2 using the paper-piecing technique and I coloured the 3rd with promarkers.
