At Home

Here is the brand new January club stam from Little Claire.  It's called At Home and as well as featuring a fabulous house scene it also has 3 sentiments.  Here are my DT sampe cards:

Stamped with Memento London Fog and Memento Tuxedo Black, coloured with Promarkers and cut out the coloured house.  Papers are GCD Studios.

Stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, coloured with Promarkers, papers GCD Studios.

This is my first attempt at brayering and I'm pretty pleased with it (even if I say so myself!).  I brayered the background for the scene using Big & Juicy Waterfall.  I stamped the snowflakes (Stampendous) with Versamark and brayered the background too.  I watercoloured the scene using the Waterfall ink pad.  The snowflake embellishment was cut with a Marianne die and I added Glamour Dust for the snow.

This card uses just one of the sentiments from the set.  I stamped it with Memento Cocoa, used SEI papers and added a butterfly from my stash.

Pop over to Little Claires gallery to see my fellow DTs stunning creations.

Wishing you all the best for 2012 xx

Oh Christmas Tree!

I used a fabulous new stamp from Red Gingham Designs, available exclusively from Little Claires.
The detail in the stamp is exquisite and a little highlighting using atyou Spica pens was enough to emphasise the pressies, leaves and stars.

Have a lovely week xx

Manger

Another fabulous new stamp from Little Claire, simply embossed with Sheena Douglass Wow Embossing Powder and highlighted using atyou Spica pens.

Gorgeous Gerberas!!

Here is the June club set for Little Claire's Designs - it's called Gerbera Set and it's gorgeous:

The set includes a large Gerbera flower, a group of smaller gerberas and two sentiments.
I kept the first card simple: I shaded the petals with a pink Promarker and kept to a simple pink and white colour scheme.

For my second card, I used Alcohol inks to create the background and to colour the flower.

I used the Swirl cutting die from Little Claire's Designs to create the stem and butterflies ...

and added Glamour Dust for a touch of sparkle!

Four Seasons - Sneaky Peek 2!

Here's another sneaky peek of a fantastic new set from Little Claire's Designs. It's from the Room with a View range and is called 'Four Seasons'. I made this little tag book to showcase the four 'through the window' images:

I used distress inks and a flourish stamp to decorate the background and to colour the white dotty ribbon.
I coloured the images with Promarkers and used Glossy Accents to create a 'tile' effect.

I finished each page off with gems....

... and used Studio G wooden peg alphabet stamps to stamp the seasons.

For my second project, I made an Easter card using the window design:

I coloured the images with Promarkers and used my Nesties to cut the scalloped squares.

The stamp set comes with a range of seasonal and general greetings too.

At only £8.99 this set is a bargain!
