Some more Paint Fusion ...

Finally, I have had a couple of hours to do some more Paint Fusion!  Yay :)
I die-cut some tags, painted, crackled and antiqued the background.

Then I stippled a background before stamping and painting the daisies.  I also sprayed the tags with Gold Spray and Sparkle (hopefully this shows up in the photo below )

I'm quite pleased with how the tags turned out BUT I have a question for you:

What would you do with these tags?
Sell them as bookmarks, mount them onto cards, use them as gift tags???
Please be honest, I'm interested in what you think :)

Have a lovely Bank Holiday weekend xx

For Sale! .... and news of a Sale ...

I am selling my trusty Wizard die-cutting machine.  It is a couple of years old but still works perfectly.  The cutting plates and embossing mat are included.

Any sensible offers considered :)

As this is a heavy item, it would be better to collect it (I live in Lancashire)

Have a nice Bank Holiday weekend xx

PS.  Little Claire is having a sale of stamps that are being retired.  Most of them are only £1.60!!  Be quick though, they wont be around for long at that price!

Clarity Workshop

I had a fabulous time yesterday at Maria Simms' Claritystamp workshop in Preston. We made three totally different cards using the Butterfly Montage stamp and the stamp was included in the price - what a bonus!

First Card

Second Card

Third Card

After plying Maria with Tunnock's Teacakes (mmmm) she also showed me some basic techniques using the brayer.  Here are my first attempts at brayering (is that a word?):

I am so pleased with my first attempts!  Although it's not perfect, the reflection, sky with moon and dappled water turned out better than I expected.

And the Bouncing Brayer technique used for this background is so effective :)

I cant wait to do more brayering ... watch this space!!
