I'm having a clear-out of my craft room and, after much deliberation, I have decided to sell my trusty Wizard!
It is the purple model and comes with 2 plates, a white spacer plate and an embossing mat. It is 2 years old.
If anyone is interested in buying it, please email me with an offer at louisehall19@talktalk.net.

Floral Set
Yayyy, it's Friday!
Just a quick post today to share a card I made using the 'Floral Set' from Little Claire's Designs.
This set isn't new to the range BUT it is still just as stylish as all their other stamps. It's easy to use and extremely versatile.
I simply stamped the flowers twice, coloured them with Promarkers and layered them up! The butterfly also comes in the set and adds a pretty embellishment to the card.
You can see the 'Floral Set' by clicking on the link below:

Messing about on the river!
At last, I can show you the new release from Little Claire's Designs! The stamp set includes two cute images and a 'Just for you' sentiment. It's great value for money and so versatile. Click below to take a peek:-

My first card uses the girl in the boat image. How nice to have a little tomboy for a change! I kept the card simple and used pastel colours.
I even got to use my new bakers twine and card candy.
I added a glittered border around the image for definition.
For my second card, I used brighter colours - I so love these papers from Pink Petticoat :)
I coloured the image with Promarkers. The flowers were cut with Marianne D creatables and coloured with Promarkers to match.
Thanks for looking xx

Brand New 'Rooms with a View' - A Sneak Preview!
Here is a sneak preview of some new stamp sets from Little Claire's Designs. They are being launched live on air on Create and Craft at 10am. Steve will be demonstrating how to make them, so book your spot in front of the TV, grab a coffee and a biscuit and enjoy!

I made a diamond fold card, added papers and card candy and coloured the image with Promarkers and Sakura pens.
Here are two of the stamp sets:
Beach Hut:-
As you can see, the Beach Hut doors open to reveal the fab lady hiding behind her towel!
I coloured the image and sentiment with Promarkers and added Card Candy.
I coloured the images with Distress ink.
Garage:-
This is such a fab stamp set for men - I don't know one man who doesn't like to potter about in a shed or garage!!
I coloured the image with Promarkers and added a spanner embellishment.
For the second card, I used the 'inside' stamp. The stamp set is so versatile that the images work just as well together or on their own.
I made a diamond fold card, added papers and card candy and coloured the image with Promarkers and Sakura pens.
Thanks for looking x

Darkroom Door Workshop
I had such fun yesterday - I went to Dawn Bibby's Design Studio for a Darkroom Door Workshop. And the workshop was delivered by none other than Rachel Greig, one of the founders of Darkroom Door.
We made four cards using some fantastic stamps from the Paris collection:
Here are the cards in more detail:
Stamped onto glossy card, coloured with Marvy Le Plume pens and mounted. Simple but extremely effective.
This card was made using a Grungeboard shape and distressing the edges of the image and sentiment. I've never used Grungeboard before but I'm pretty sure it wont be long before I have some in my stash!
Another first for me - Alcohol Inks!! I coloured the glossy card with alcohol inks and then stamped over it with the Montmarte stamp. The background card was stamped with a ticket stamp in Sepia.
For this card, I stamped the Eiffel Tower image twice, distressed the backgrounds and then cut out one of the Towers. This was simply mounted on 3D foam. Finally, I added Glossy Accents to the Paris postmark to give it definition. Stunning!
I cant wait for my next workshops!!
Have a nice weekend xx

Brand new challenge at Little Claire's Designs
Fantastic news!! Little Claire's Designs are holding their first blog challenge. The theme is 'Anything Goes' which is a great way to get the ball rolling.
Here is my DT card:
I used 'Sam' and coloured him with Distress inks. It is such a cute image!
The challenge is on for another 2 weeks, so go on, give it a go. Remember, you don't have to use a Little Claire stamp but it would be nice to see one on your card.
