Happy Christmas!!

I'd just like to wish you all A Very Happy Christmas and a Peaceful and Prosperous New Year xx

Thank you for reading my blog and I promise I'll keep it updated more regularly next year. I do have loads of cards to add to my blog but I just seem to have been so busy over the last few months - so busy, in fact, that I actually had to buy some Xmas cards this year :(

I'm hoping to offer some blog candy in January, as I have a momentous birthday coming up!!
So keep watching for details,

All the best,
Louise x

Doggy Birthday - Allsorts & Stamp Something Challenge

Where has the time gone? Why haven't I posted on my blog for well over a month? I've just been so busy at work and jobs at home that I've let it slip :(
I have been making cards though, so hopefully, over the next few days, I'll find the time to upload some of my work :)

Now on to the Allsorts Challenge - it is to incorporate Kraft paper into your card and if you use Pink Petticoat products you can enter the challenge twice!!
The Stamp Something Challenge is to use brown on your card, so this card fits the bill!

I printed Kraft paper straight onto my card (it's from the Big Fella download) and the stripey paper from the White Stripes download (bet you couldn't guess that one!!)

I made the card for my mum's friend who is a dog-lover, hope she likes it!

Recipe:
Paper - Flourishes paper from the Pink Petticoat Sweet Sundaes mini kit

Hi folks,
Here are my entries for this weeks One Stop Craft Challenge at onespotcraftchallenge.blogspot.com. The challenge is to make cards with a Good Sense of Humour and I think that these fit the bill exactly!
The caravanners in the snow is actually similar to one of my first outings in our new caravan last year - there was a huge hail storm and it sounded like the roof was coming in!

Father's Day Card - Word Album

Hi,
This is the card/album I made with the boys for their dad. They chose the colours, photos and made their own messages. However, I must point out that even though Thomas's original artwork is great, the drawing of me is not accurate!!
I am entering the card into the Papertake Weekly Challenge - 'Download'. It fits the bill perfectly!!

50th Birthday Sparkle - shaker card

I'm entering this card into TWO challenges: the Stamp Something challenge as it fits the bill perfectly! The challenge is called 'Black, White and One Colour Somethings'; and the One Stop Craft Shop challenge - 'Numbers'.
You'll have to look carefully for the number '50' - I've hidden it discreetly on a piece of clear shrink plastic tied to the ribbon at the side of the card!
I made the card for a friends 50th and the accompanying gift pouch was the perfect place to put her rolled up gift vouchers!

Hope you like it!
